Bottom Line: Exceptional specifications, negligible mileage, rare color, and like-new condition make this a very special 991.2 series Porsche. It probably cost $300,000 off the dealer’s floor and clearly caught the attention of the Bonhams bidders bringing this over-estimate range and above retail price. The premium it brought is difficult to rationally appreciate and it is an expensive indulgence. It is perhaps even more significant that there is a substantial number of these on offer at Porsche stores around the country at prices in the mid-$300,000 range, although few of them with such low mileage.
