Chassis No. SCFDAM2C0PBL60074. Suffolk Red over Parchment leather. 5340-cc, 330-hp V-8. Automatic. “Wide-body” OZ Racing wheels, fog lights, Goodyear Eagle tires. Alpine CD stereo, power windows, and rear spoiler.

Evaluation: Original | Ordered new by Georges Marciano, who founded Guess Jeans. Represented with two owners since new and showing just 4702 miles. Reportedly one of just 20 Virage Volantes originally sold in America. Some long cracks in the bottom front lip. Otherwise really good, clear original paint. The enormous OZ wheels are clean. The interior presents a little older than the mileage would suggest, with light wear and discoloration on the seats and a tired-looking shifter. Nevertheless, the car is lightly aged overall.

Bottom Line: RM sold this car in Monterey last year, where it flew under the radar and went for $95,200 (against a $175,000 estimate). It has traveled a mere 7 miles since then, en route to a number more appropriate for the car’s rarity and preservation.
