Bonhams opens 2021 with $5.9M in Scottsdale

Unlike the other 2021 “Scottsdale” auctions, the Bonhams sale was held live at its traditional venue (the Westin Kierland), but that’s not to say it was business as usual. There was a much more significant online bidding presence, and consignments numbered about a third of what they have been in recent, pre-COVID years. Within that smaller list, though, was still a solid mix of prewar greats, interesting race cars, and modern exotics.
